Refund for overcharges by Sky is now dragging on without any payment being forthcoming.could you pl.

I cancelled the TV, broadband and talk subscriptions on 20 June 2024. For some reason, Sky had already scheduled my DD for the following month. I can see on my bills and accounts listing that a credit is owing, of £94.39, but so far nothing has been paid to me. I can't set it against a future bill because I don't have any TV, talk or broadband services from Sky any more.


could you please action a repayment as soon as possible?

This has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. 

You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.

Responses from the messages team aren't immediate so you need to check the chat often to see when they are replied. The chat bubble will also be present for 48 hours. Its worth noting the messaging team will ask you to verify your identity so they can confirm you are the account holder.
