Call diversion

@Sky why am I still being charged call diversion when I asked for this to be removed last year and you still have been charging me

Although what with the major outage Sky have been experiencing since 4pm yesterday I'd advise perhaps not trying to call customer services today as I'd suspect you will be on hold a lot longer waiting to speak with an agent.
