Sky Stream contract amount different to what was agreed on the phone

So I agreed a new Sky Stream contract over the phone as the agent offered a deal I thought was great. I already have broadband and he adjusted the price on that too so seemed like a no-brainer. Anyway, waiting for the puck delivery and in meantime, have seen the contract on my sky account and the stream contract has different amounts (higher) to what we agreed despite the discounts, and the broadband amount is the same as before. This is despite me asking and him confirming the total amount and breakdown several times so I definitely didn't mishear it and wasn't lost in translation. 

I am confused what's happened here. Did he put the wrong contract through or gave discounts that weren't possible? The puck is on the way so wondering what my options are? I definitely don't want it unless its the price we agreed on.
