Compensation

Hi everyone so basically I had an engineer not turn up which delayed my installation for another 2 weeks. I'm ok now it's all installed this was like a month ago and was told I'm due compensation but haven't received anything and they've charged me out my bank already. I would have thought they'd take it off my bill?

Bills are generated 14 days before your payment date so have you checked future bills to see if it's been applied as a credit there?

Sounds like you need to call Sky to confirm what's going on...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi yes. It's strange now sky saying they can't only give me 25 pound. This is a joke because it states on their website it's more than this
