Sky Mobile Restrictions

Atempting to purchase a new phone, `i am getting a warning account is being restricted on sky.com and the MySky app. They both give no reason for a restriction and all the mobiles still work.

Wondering if this is an issue for others?

Others have reported similar issues over the years so as always all you can do is to call Sky on 150 so they can both place this order and can look into these messages.
