Immediate cancel Sky Sports
At 19:49 this evening I subscribed to Sky Sports instead of TNT.
I immediately noticed the mistake and tried calling Sky but the lines were closed (despite the closing time of 20:00!). Does anyone know how I can cancel the subscription and if I can avoid a charge - considering it has been less than 30mins.
also, when logging into my Sky app the next bill is showing as £140 more expensive is that normal?

Re: Immediate cancel Sky Sports
This appears to be a new one of cancelling but how long it will take someone to get back to you I woulodn't like to guess:
https://www.sky.com/help/forms/cancellation
You could also try here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
Not sure on the billing but it could be to do with you adding Sky Sports as you would pay from it from the date you were added, up to the bills date and the next 4 weeks and/or it could be due a discount ending.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Immediate cancel Sky Sports
Thank you - these links seem to make it easier to cancel the entire Sky package rather than just a Sky Sports subscription 🫣
I think I will just have to wait until the lines open in the morning and speak to someone directly
