Refund -I paid the bill twice on Oct.

As this is a customer helps customer forum you will need to call Sky on 150 about this tomorrow to ask them to refund any credit that appears on your account.

 

Going forward you should not need to make manual payments as you should have a payment method like a credit or debit card or a direct debit from which Sky will take it automatically from you each month.
