Setting up sky app
Hi,
I have just signed up for sky broadband via NOW as part of a contract renewal.
tbey set me up with a sky ID and I've been taken to a page where I must link my sky ID with account management.
I have put in my details but it is telling me they don't recognise the details and therefore can't sign me up.
Please could you help ?

Are you a Sky Brosdband customer or a Now Broadband one, the reason I ask is I don't believe you can use the MySky app if you are with Now.
