Charged for remote booking not made

We have been charged for a remote booking of a fight which we didn't subscribe to, book or watch. We have no idea how this could  have happened. Sky refuse to refund.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Could someone have had access to your TV service and ordered this ?

It might have been ordered before this day you were out so so is there any chance you were perhaps looking at it as it is quite easy to order it in error.

 

If there isn't then all you can do is to raise a complaint by filling in this online form:

Thanks, I made a formal complaint, answered fully 3 times, but still refused refund. The Indian customer service officer cut me off, and I promise I wasn't being rude

@Jenca I think Sky's stance has always been that there can only be a charge on your account if the event was ordered on your Sky box - a bit like a charge for a phone call can only be on your account if it was dialled on your line, hence their,refusal to budge on this.

 

The charge,of the event is made even if only 1 second is watched.

Still doesn't make sense? Neither my hubby or I are into boxing. No one should be able to access our sky account?  They told me in was booked remotely??  Thanks for replying
