Sky are a disgrace

I am now without Sky tv since 21st of May.

I have called several times and made up to 8 calls at this stage. 

There is no urgency to fix a technical error on my account that has my account blocked. The customer service team are doing absolutely nothing to help. They can't close my account as there is a technical error and can't fix the technical error. Worst service I ha e ever witnesse
