Scam message/ email

Had a email saying not enough money in account to pay bill 

I went to my sky account and it's saying 

Not received payment for my streaming tv service 

Which I don't even have 

Phoned sky they've checked my account , my internet bill as been paid and my mobile SIM 

They told me to fone customer service which I did to deal with problem 

Foned them and they can't help gave me another number 

and it says dialled wrong number 

Anyone help

@Kevinjoesbury72  Your going to need to call back as from the email you have received and your image it appears there is a Stream account setup.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi I did fone they've checked and I've no streaming app or any streaming account . I was wondering how to report the scam email

If not how do you usually pay your bill, by a direct debit or credit/debit card ?

 

Although you might not have a streaming TV service from Sky from the image you posted which looks like it is from your online Sky account  appears to match up with what the email says.

Says the same mate when I click on link 

I pay direct debit , sky have assured me my bill as been paid for broadband and mobile SIM 

And there's no streaming app or any streaming equipment on my account

If Sky has paid the bill and your bank account/app shows this as well then this could just be an error so it might be worth contacting them again this, especially as you can not view your bill due to this message.

Not long phoned sky , they've doubled checked my account ,and my broadband bill as been paid ,I asked him in regards to this TV streaming charge over due amount and they have confirmed there's no streaming equipment or app on my account and told just to ignore the messages and email 🤔
