Manuel payment

I have tried to pay my sky bill with my card, it says review payment which I did and says do not refresh and then stuck on that, didn't give the option to confirm payment or pay now , will this still be taken out of my account or will have to try again , it's happened twice but never happened in previous months before

You should have a continuous payment method set up so should never need to make a manual payment. If you have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up let that be processed. I would suggest NOT making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

Hi

ive been paying with same card for 3 months to get the bill down, because we were going to leave , I'm worried that cuz I've tried twice to pay it so we don't lose our subscription because it's my partner account and I pay this bill from now on

it said do not refresh page loading 3d secure something, then nothing happens 

usually I press confirm to pay and this hasn't happened this time, no money has been taken out as a sky transaction on my account I'm just wondering if it's a glitch don't want to be charged twice

I've set up a continuous card payment for my bill , and it's due tomorrow, will they take tomorrow or is it set up for the next month and have to do a manuel payment till then sorry very confused never had this problem before
