takin payments without permission

youve taken £77 out my bank without permission when im on debit card payment youve left me with no money for electric or gas or food now till 25th of next month [removed]

The terms and conditions you agreed to stipulate that Sky can use whatever payment details you've given them in order to settle payments due. In other words, you've given them permission.

Firstly let us point out you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

Do you mean you've set up a continuous debit card payment method (in which case presumably the money has been taken from the same bank account as Sky have debited) or you make manual card payments each month?
