Say i have not returned my sky Mini boxbut i sent it june 10th

I did, but unabke to find it, but im sure i recieved an email too, saying it had been scanned at post office only time i have not kept anything, plus it says two mini bixes but we only had 1

As you haven't got the proof of posting or the email from Sky it is goung to be difficult to show that you have sent it off which is what you will be asked about.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
