I did, but unabke to find it, but im sure i recieved an email too, saying it had been scanned at post office only time i have not kept anything, plus it says two mini bixes but we only had 1

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
