SKY HD

I cancelled sky HD quite some time ago, however checking my monthly bill today, I'm still paying a monthly bill for HD. I dont want it, it does not add value to the monthly fee. How can I find out when it was I cancelled it before, and how can I stop this payment. 

Is it because I've got Sky Cinema.

Are you sure it was actually cancelled when you contacted Sky to remove it, because if it was then it wouldn't have been added back unless you asked Sky to do this.
