Hi! I cancelled the contract with Sky and I paid everything how they requested. I sent the equipment at the end of September and the due was on biginning of Oct. Now they charge my with £53 for equipment witch i allready sent. Plase give me some advices how to solve this. I was Sky customer for over 10 years and now at the end i am over charged for something what I already sent. Thank you in advance! Many thanks
