Ringing my dad

I wanna know how the hell you got my dads phone number for and two why the hell are you ringing my dad about my direct debit??? You set up two direct debits on my bank account so I cancelled one and apparently now I don't have one? If this crappy customer service continues I ain't paying you nothing

If you're not the account holder or cannot provide the account password then they will do this.  They could breach data protection laws continuing.

It's my account in my name and they have my number and email address. Absolutely stupid. I hate this company
