So I renewed my package once I was out of contract phoned sky about four different times as each time I've phoned my bill hasn't been what agreed on phone on my sky app after all this I've ended up with a fee of £20 which £10 has been credited towards it from sky but really don't understand why a customer of 11years has been charged £20 to renew my package when not in contract and I've just renewed my package with sky for a further 18months has I'm out of contract?
