Can anyone help please?
I recently replaced my sons iPad by ordering a new one from Sky but didn't swap it with the old one. I now want to send the old one back but when I go onto the page on Sky it's coming up with a screen saying it's not possible and that its Sky's problem not mine.
All I want to do is return the old device. I don't really want to ring unless I have to 😕
Any advice?
