Can anyone help please?
I recently replaced my sons iPad by ordering a new one from Sky but didn't swap it with the old one. I now want to send the old one back but when I go onto the page on Sky it's coming up with a screen saying it's not possible and that its Sky's problem not mine.
All I want to do is return the old device. I don't really want to ring unless I have to 😕
Any advice?

You will need to call Sky but they might say it is to late as you needed to have put this though as a swap prior to ordering the new one.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

@DonnaR79 I might be wrong but I don't think you can now return it has it has to be done as part of the swap process
