I got a message and package for return something but I have nothing to return, no any device, broadband, tv or mobile device.

Hi @Return1   Have you taken out a new minimum term on any of your subscriptions? In my case I renegotiated my Sky Q and unbeknown to me, they cancelled Multiscreen and added it in again at a cheaper price. This triggered a return of the Mini boxes. A quick call and they told me to ignore it but I will still receive the packaging.
