Representative gave me wrong information

I spoke to a representative today who said he could reduce my bill I asked him to exchange my subscription to sky sports to sky cinema which is cheaper which he told me he could do and then said he had done this I now find he has added cinema but left sports under contract of 24months each I cannot afford this

What do future bills show? Cancelling the Sports will mean a 31 day notice period.
