Charge
What have I been charged? £20 new broadband connection fee on my new bill for march when no new broadband connection is available to me nor supplied Can you please advise me on this matter and the matter of why none of your operatives appear to put notes on an account to advise who a customer are spoken to as I've recently spent 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone to attempt to deal with a broadband upgrade issue to no avail

You are actaully only talking to other customers here so what did Sky support say when you spoke to them about this ?
