We could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but for the next week or so this is not available so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” if it is available should be the number to use, it will be easy to sort this out if you kept the proof of posting receipt:

Hi @Jmc129 I had a similar problem a few years ago when I returned a Sky Q multi room box. I phoned Sky customer services and explained I had the proof of postage. The team member I spoke to said that the returns process was flawed (hopefully it has improved since then) and they had lots of calls similar to mine. He updated my file to say it had been returned and that was the end of the matter.
