After 24 months, how does the contract work

I am coming to the end of my cotract. So, the next will cost more but it does not specify if the contract is for the next 12 months or on a month to month basis. 

May I please know how does it work. I need to know before agreeing to the next phase of payment

It moves to a 31 day rolling contract, which means you can cancel whenever you want, subject to 31 days notice.
