Sky gone to pot customer service shocking

After over 25 years with Sky any communications were very easy and friendly always looking at my benefits and best deals

After wanting to discuss various deals coming to an end and taking off Sky HD which is £9 a month all other subscriptions HD is built in

The advisor took one month off but kept other on. I had to ring back as bill was increased again in September etc. The advisor said that he could do me a deal as my payments were getting very expensive and went to talk to his manager came back and said he could do deal for same amount

when I pointed out it should be at least £9 off he said. Oh I will go and find out. Came back and said yes after stopping HD it will be

Good old days the advisor would go through each deal with you and confirm what is on offer.  Now it is like a double glazing company asking the boss. 
can't wait to get out of contract

I believe the £9 charge for HD is the standard undiscounted charge.
