@Luctram
If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period (which is 14 days for Broadband) for any loaned equipment they are expecting back.
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Re: Return broadband equipment
Hi, I've received a text this morning stating that I've not returned all of the equipment. I have definitely returned what was requested, the router, black phone box and both power leads.
Please can this be checked?
kind regards
Sean

Re: Return broadband equipment
Hi I think so. The text said this -
'Hi, thanks for returning some of your Sky equipment but there's still equipment that needs returning. Please visit royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/2164 to print a returns label if needed. You'll need to return the remaining equipment by Thursday 20 March 2025 and if it isn't returned or it's damaged, we may charge you.'
So they have acknowledged the return but haven't said what's missing.

Re: Return broadband equipment
To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147
When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Re: Return broadband equipment
On the list of items to be returned, there is an item we still use and are being charged for. If I return rest will I shouldn't be charged a non-return fee as that item won't be included?

Re: Return broadband equipment
Usually the list shows all items that Sky would want returned, it doesn't mean that it has to be returned if it is still being used. Just make sure that when you return the equipment that you get and keep proof of posting and put a note in side with your name and account number and a lost of what you are returning.
