Retured items

I returned my sky hub months ago, I received an enail stating I should return it so I called sky. . I was asked to email my receipt  / proof of post which I did and was informed that my record would be updated. 

 

I've received ANOTHER email advising of a fine if it's not returned. 

 

What is going on ?.??

@Jmars22  You'll need to call Sky again as you're ony talking to other customers on the forum

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
