I have paid my bill but I still have a restriction on my account

As well as paying the bill have you also setup your payment method so Sky can once again take the payment from you each month. If you were 2 weeks or more late in paying this bill then you will also need to pay the next one. Once you have done this you will have to wait until the payment has been cleared by the banks which might not happen now until Monday.
