hie my name is Lovemore i have been with your esteemed company for almost 2 years now,i recently moved from where i was staying and it has been 2 months now at my new place ,but i have a big challenge
i upgraded my broadband from superfast to Gigafast which i letter realised that it was not because of speed but i was still within the 14 days issues after installation
please i am kindly asking for help ,the bill which i am seeing now is very expensive and i really cannot afford it ,please is it ok to bring me back to my first package of contract of Superfast of £23+ its offordable for me
assist me i cant affort that of £58

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lovemore You're not talking to Sky via the forum, nothing will happen as a result of your post. Unfortunately you'll need to pay what you owe for now, and speak to Sky to go back to the old package.
