Extra payment

I thought I was paying my sky tv bill but paid my mobile which is on dd how do I stop the transaction

You should have a payment method setup so Sky can take the payment from you automatically so that you should need to make manual payments like this.

 

With regards to this payment you made do you now see a credit on your mobile account because if so it is this that can be refunded.

Your TV account should also have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up as per what you agreed to.


A credit should appear on your Mobile account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. 

However, if you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that having confirmed it’s showing as a credit.

 

Note- the escalation process is unavailable at the moment due to the worldwide I.T. issues everyone's being affected by today.
