Double billed?

Hi,

 

I have had a random 18 pound charge added to my bill and i am wondering if this has happened to anyone else? It is on a separate listing and has a 16 day period of charges applied to it so I am very confused.

Have you made any changes to your package recently, if not can you post a screenshot of this bill but if you do please blank out your account number and if you are a Sky Glass or Mobile customer then also blank out your credit agreement number.
