Requesting for my first contract

hie my name is Lovemore i have been with your esteemed company for almost 2 years now,i recently moved from where i was staying and it has been 2 months now at my new place ,but i have a big challenge 

 

i upgraded my broadband from superfast to Gigafast which i letter realised that it was not because of speed but i was still within the 14 days issues after installation

 

please i am kindly asking for help ,the bill which i am seeing now is very expensive and i really cannot afford it ,please is it ok to bring me back to my first package of contract of Superfast of £23+ its offordable for me 

 

assist me i cant affort that of £58

@Lovemore  You're not talking to Sky via the forum, nothing will happen as a result of your post.  Unfortunately you'll need to pay what you owe for now, and speak to Sky to go back to the old package.

 

The community can't arrange that for you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
