Removing Additional User

I am trying to remove an additional user from my account. It was setup years ago as a secondary id.

 

When going to "people & sharing" the account does not show and there is no section for additional users

When going to https://www.sky.com/mydetails/additional-users it redirects me to the "my details" page.

 

I know the account exists as it can be logged into and when using the forgotten sky id system, I can see it as a secondary id.

 

I am logged in as the primary id of the account.

 

Any ideas?

That link works for me as I see my additional users as per your image then on each one I see "remove user".

I do not have this option, it automatically redirects to the base my details page.

Are you signed in with your primary ID so can you access your billing ?

As far as I am aware this is the primary ID, how can I double check? I can see billing info and change it.

Then you are signed in with your main ID as only this will give you access to the billing.

Hi @caesarome   I can perform every function while signed on as an additional user, including changing billing etc. The only thing I cannot do is show or maintain additional users.

Very odd @MightyQuinn as I still see the option on that link as I did when I posted those images back in April so if needs be I could remove them.

I still have not fixed this issue and the secondary user is wanting to setup sky with their email but cannot. I have rang sky serveral times about this issue and every time I am assured it is fixed and unlinked but every time it is not. Is there anyway this can be escalated because it is getting frustrating now.
