Different account management address to installation address

I have a sky broadband router installed at my late mother's address which is being used to relay security camera data to my mobile phone .The house is unoccupied and so require all bills and communication to be directed to my home address.

The Post Office can put a redirection in place for you.

I don't believe Sky can send mail to a different address to the one being provided the service.
