Just received an email telling me that Sky have added an early termination charge to my account.
I'd switched after the price increase notification, which said I wouldn't receive any early termination charge for doing so within 30 days of receipt of the notification (I was well within this 30 day timeframe). There were no mention of termination charges in any communication from Sky regarding the termination either, per Ofcom guidelines
How do I go about getting these charges removed?

Still no response from Sky after their initial "Acknowledgement" of my complaint
Seen loads of other posts of folk getting falsely charged for things. Are Sky hard-up for cash? Is that why they're doing shakedowns now? 😂

Well, I think it's safe to say that Comcast aren't entirely happy with their purchase...

Went through the complaints process and was told that the charge had been removed. Bank notifies me of upcoming direct debits and the charge was still there so I guess the complaints agent just lied about removing it? Baffling

Aye, next 3 months' bills are all showing as the regular amount, no notice of credit on any of them
