Told I can’t watch a recording I made as I need to upgrade

Why am I being asked to upgrade when I already pay for sky atlantic

Do you subscribe to the HD package because if not you will have to record or download in SD.

Yes I do and everything was working perfectly well last week - I record and then watch later - now I am told I need to upgrade!! What a joke service
