if you services have been restricted you need to pay Sky the money owed and also you may need to reset up your payment method on your account, as typically if a payment has failed and the account is restricted Sky will remove the existing payment details.
if you have paid the money on a weekend, it won't be processed until Monday at the earliest as banks won't process payments on a weekend.
this entire process is fully automated by Sky, and no one from Sky can override it.

If your services are restricted then your services will be restricted until the payment has been made and cleared by the banks, nobody can speed this process up. If you are 2 weeks r more late in paying the bill you will also have to pay the next bill as well as setting up a payment method.
