I am a Sky Gold VIP with Sky Cinema subscription. I have downloaded Vue Cinema ticket vouchers 3 separate months but only succeeded in using them once. It now appears that the fault is somehow linked to a particular cinema. The vouchers are not working at Vue, Middlebrook, Bolton but do work at Vue, Lowry, Salford Quays.
Anyone else met a similar problem within their locality?

Some progress made. Vue Customer Service have now admitted that there is a "technical issue@" which is now being escalated to their technical team to investigate.
I await further update.

I HAVE JUST WASTED 90 MINUTES TRYING TO REDEEM MY VOUCHER TO BOOK A CINEMA TICKET . i CHECKED TO CONFIRM THE VOUCHER IS VALID, WHICH IT IS, BUT IT WOULD NOT WORK IN TWO DIFFERENT CINEMAS AND FOR TWO DIFFERENT FILMS. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING SKY - LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO WASTE HOURS ON THIS.

So frustrating! Not heard anything further from Sky. We just use the one cinema that we have found where Sky tickets work.
