Rung up last week and was told it would take up to a week and i would receive text messages to say what is happening, so far heard nothing about it, as they have to figure out when the refund starts from as i cancelled sky in September and its taken this long to sort it, i really need that money to help with bills

Yes it is still active as still paying for the tv till August when that has to be cancelled
