Refund
Rung up last week and was told it would take up to a week and i would receive text messages to say what is happening, so far heard nothing about it, as they have to figure out when the refund starts from as i cancelled sky in September and its taken this long to sort it, i really need that money to help with bills

Yes it is still active as still paying for the tv till August when that has to be cancelled

If you are paying for Sky TV until later this year what was it you cancelled last September and is there any credit showing in your bills ?
