have recieved a message on my online account telling me i am being charged for not returning items.

received notification on my account you plan to charge me for non returns - what returns and where is the packaging labelling etc to make the returns of what ever you need returning?

 

why is everything so difficulte with sky so many assumptions

@AB5272  Did you sopeak to Sky regarding returns packaging, you could also use your own and print iff your own returns label.

 

You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

hi there - i havent spoken to anyone re returning anything in fact i have no idea what they want returning. i have no access to a printer either

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts
