@J+Geoghegan if Sky have initiated a refund (we don't know, because we don't know what it's for or where it's coming from) it would normally take up to 5 days to reach your bank account

I was promised a refund on the 02nd July and again on the 26th July, I still have received.

I cancelled one account and opened a new one Sky Glass

Need help I was notified by email I was to receive a sky refund on the 02/07/2026 and it would be in my bank account in 3 to 5 working days, I contacted them after two weeks and sent my bank satement to prove I didn't receive the refune. After two weeks of whatapp messages I was told me refund was not processed and will be processed on tyhe 26/07/2026. I still haven't received my refund.

I closed my sky streaming account in Feburary and opened my sky glass account. I am with sky 16 years and this is how I am treated.

As the 26th July is a few weeks away & Sky have said they'll process the refund then you'll have to wait until the 26th at least.
Or do you mean June?
