Account Suspended
My account is up to date via direct debit however my account has been suspended. When I log into MySky the bills show a total amount being deducted of zero, which is not the case. Can someone call me immediately to discuss as I want to complain

Hi @MM262 You are not talking to Sky here, nobody will call you. Please see Welcome below for information about this public community forum. https://www.sky.com/help/your-account/making-a-complaint

Re: Account Suspended
Is the bill total is zero then this usually this should mean you are up to date with nothing outstanding.
You say your account has been suspended so are you services working or are you seeing a restricted message on your account ?
