Yes but  I received an  email from Sky on the 02.06.2026 telling me I was to receive a refund to my bank account of €95 in the next 3 to 5 days

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I have highlighted this to Sky and spoke to about 10 different customer service agens with the same response refund done on our side but they can't provide me with proof.

Can I speak to management

Not through here. You need to engage with the chat from the Community Messaging Team once it is sent.

@J+Geoghegan probably best to raise a complaint. Use the webform option here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

 

There must be a reason why when an adviser initiates a refund it's not being made, so there's no point another adviser doing the same thing as it also likely fail. Explain in the complaint form that you've asked for a refund a number of times and it never happens despite the adviser tell you it has been done.
