Refund

My account saying am in credit with sky but no longer with them how do I get a refund

@TRACEY123_ You have 2 options, you can either call customer service and request they manually process the refund or we can escalate your post to the community team here who can process it for you, once processed it takes between 3 and 5 working days to arrive in your account.

Let us know if you want your post escalated to the community team.

If you want to chat to the Community Messaging Team please also let us know if your payment method is still live. If it's not Sky either have to reactivate it or post you a cheque which takes much longer.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
