Refund

I applied to get credit for a laptop and a iPad and paid a deposit it £164. I received an email saying I was declined from credit and I called the helpline. They said I would get a refund. It's now been over a week and I'm still waiting for that refund. It's unacceptable.

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.
