Double payment

My DD failed so I made a card payment. But now the DD has been paid also. Can I get a refund or will it carry on to my next bill.

@BillyT-25 it will be carried forward as a credit which should be used to pay next month if you need tge money then call Sky but it is a ha ssle to ge t it back. The DD system automatically makes a second request 14 days later if the first payment fails which cannot be stopped if you psy manually.
