Before 2 months i cancelled my subscription and i should receive a refund! Its been a month and i didnt received anything why? I spoke to the team and she said i will ask them to send the refund to ur bank account and i didnt receive anything! Now im in my country and i cant call ur number what should i do?! And u keep trying to take 2£ from my bank account even though u received all ur devices from me why then u still taking from me!!

Are you saying Sky are trying to take £2 from you?
Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account. Is the refund you mention showing as a credit on your Sky account?

Yes they took 2£ for the sky streaming twice even though in the latest bill it shows nothing just 0£.
plus the broadband it says u have 15£ but in the future i cant see anything except 0£.
Thank u + i know that im not speaking to them i was waiting for someone to explain to me.
